Overview

Excellence in Child Mental Health is an annual conference in the field of child mental health which recruits outstanding international speakers to present cutting edge scientific findings as they relate to clinical practice.

The conference is addressed to child mental health professionals (fully qualified and trainees), allied health professionals (nurses, social workers, psychologists), community paediatricians with a specific interest in child mental health and clinical scientists. It aims to provide them with a unique opportunity to actively participate in a regular international forum, meet experts from the field, attend high quality sessions on updates in evidence-based practice and exchange experiences on the latest developments in diagnostic issues, treatment and services for children, young people and their families. Ultimately, the conference aspires to be in a position to generate annual state of the art guidance on selected topics related to child mental health clinical practice.
